FAQ
When can I get a full refund? In case we fail to complete the service, you will be refunded the full amount OR if your order hasn't been started yet.
When can I get a partial refund? If you order has only been partially completed, you are entitled to the undelivered portion of your service.
How long does the refund process take? It takes 1-3 business days and you are reimbursed via your original payment method.
What happens when I fill out the contact form? We contact you via discord with the answer to your question. We send you an offer (price and duration of service) and from there you are free to deny or accept the offer as you please. So don't feel any pressure, just ask away.
